Once you receive a sensor, it's time to get started. There's a lot to take in, so take it step by step.

1. Download Viv App
Delete 'Linx" or "Vixxa" app if you installed it.

2. Apply a sensor
Prepare your skin, apply a sensor and connect to the Viv app. It takes an hour for a line to appear in the app.

3. Connect scales and weigh yourself
You need scales for your individualized program to work.
